Calgary, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – November 18, 2024) – Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CCMI) (OTCQB: RIINF) (“CCMI” or the “Company“) has entered into an agreement with an arm’s length vendor to settle $250,000 of accounts payable through the issuance of 5,000,000 units, with each unit comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one warrant, with each full warrant exercisable into a common share at an exercise price of $0.075 per share for two years.
The debt settlement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares and warrants will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day after the closing of the debt settlement.
