Newterra Resources Inc. (CSE: NT) has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, and consultants, the company announced Monday. The options allow the purchase of up to 880,000 common shares.
The options are exercisable for 10 years at $0.05 per share. They, and any underlying common shares issued on exercise, will have a hold period expiring April 23, 2026, as per CSE policies.
Darren Blaney, CEO, President, and a director, reported that before receiving 320,000 options on Monday, he owned or controlled 2,145,000 shares, about 12.7% of outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. After the grant, assuming he exercises all 520,000 stock options, Blaney would own and control approximately 15.3% of the then-issued shares.
Blaney holds the options for investment purposes only and may acquire or dispose of shares through market or private transactions.
Robert Edwards, CFO and a director, reported that before receiving 320,000 options on Monday, he owned or controlled 1,525,000 shares, about 9% of outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. After the grant, assuming he exercises all 520,000 stock options, Edwards would own and control approximately 11.8% of the then-issued shares.
Edwards holds the options for investment purposes only and may acquire or dispose of shares through market or private transactions.
