Highland Valley Copper Mine to Develop a Solar Farm

After hearing information from people in the community it has been known the PCL Construction will be building a solar farm project to provide clean power to the mine near Logan Lake BC. This new project will be known as quA-ymn Limited Partnership. It will produce (but nit exceed) 15 MW of power and be on the property of Highland Valley Copper Mine. Teck Resources, who owns Highland Valley Copper also owns the SunMine Project in Kimberly, BC
