Mining for Beer ... it began as a Wednesday social thing.
“It began as a Wednesday social thing and then like all dramatic relationships, we got commitment issues,” reads to official M4B site. With support from our sponsors, BC Yukon Mining hosts Mining 4 Beer networking events in mining communities across BC and the Yukon. Some general group rules apply:
1. BYOW (bring your own wallet) after all we are social, we’re not socialites
2. Pitchers no pitching
3. We’ll talk about ores, cores but pass on the sores
4. Students and Miners are encouraged – metallurgists & geologists are allowed if they promise to behave.
5. We accept wine, liquor and liqeuer (liqeur, liquer???)
6. Swap cards, stories, and opinions on ales, lagers, reds, whites & others in the fan club. You are not a Miner unless you are #Mining4beer
