VANCOUVER, BC , Sept. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (TSX: CMMC) (ASX:C6C) (the “Company” or “Copper Mountain”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully installed and commenced commissioning of the third ball mill at its Copper Mountain Mine, which is located in southern British Columbia, Canada , near the town of Princeton. The installation of the third ball mill completes the Ball Mill 3 Expansion Project which will increase plant milling capacity to 45,000 tonnes per day from 40,000 tonnes per day.
“We are pleased to announce the start of commissioning of the new ball mill on schedule,” stated Gil Clausen , Copper Mountain’s President and CEO. “With electrical commissioning kicked off, we plan to introduce slurry to the mill next month with ramp up to full production expected this year.”
